y'all.... I cannot express in words how much fun I had at the Pink Retreat back in June. It is almost time to register for Pink Retreat 2020 and I wanted to finally share my post from my first Retreat.
To celebrate National Lilly Day this year (June 21st) I packed many, many bags full of Lilly and headed to the Mothership, Palm Beach to induldge in all things Lilly with 250+ die hard Lilly lovers for the second annual "Pink Retreat."
Tosha, the creater of this magical weekend spent many hours working on every detail. From painting Lilly canvases, Lilly themed yoga, all the Lilly shopping you can imagine, to custom shifts & custom painted bags, it truly exceeded my expectations.
I arrived to Palm Beach late on this night and checked into the hotel. I was exhausted, so headed right to bed. I stayed at the Colony Hotel for the entire weekend. I LOVE this hotel and will definitely stay here again in 2020. All of the events this year will also held here, so it was a good central location to hang out.
Check in was on Friday on Worth Avenue at the Lilly Pulitzer store. I absolutely love this store and adore the girls who work in it. It was packed from the minute it opened and I basically hung out here for the majority of check-in. I was the self-proclaimed welcome committee & LOVED getting to meet everyone! I helped many design their custom shift & bags, as well as talk to my favorite SCAD grad, (for three hours) Melissa, who painted all of the custom bags from TPR.
Friday night was the Happy Hour and it was SO fun!!! This was the first event where everyone was in the same vicinity. Getting to meet, talk to, and take pictures with all of the ladies I feel like I have known for years after following and messaging on instagram and the Lilly boards on facebook.
I woke up bright and early for poolside Lilly yoga, which was SO fun! I also won the monogram nacklace giveaway from Belle and Ten. I was SOOOOOO excited.
After Yoga, I went and got ready and the entire group went to the Palm Beach Gardens Mall to do some shopping at the Lilly store in the mall. There was a "Lilly Lounge" for all of us to hang out in, as well as a special event inside of the store. Saturday night was a "free night." I hung out at the hotel with the girls I roomed with and then went to dinner right downtown!
Our last and final day. This was just as fun as the last two. I woke up and went downstairs for brunch at the Colony before the Print Inspiration Tour with Melissa. During the tour, she talked all about how the Print Team gets inspiration for the prints that they paint.
After that, it was time to say our final goodbyes and for me to head back home to Savannah. What. A. Weekend. It was SO dang fun & I cannot wait for 2020!!
Let me know if you will be attending next year, I love getting to meet so many of y'all!!
