I guess you could say i love shoes with colorful soles. Maybe a little too much. OOPs!
SO you ask... are they worth it?! Some may think that paying $175+ for a pair of flats is a bit extreme (& I will agree with you) but, has that stopped me? heck no! it is hard to say no!
They are more than just ballet flats. they are (will be) your new favorite shoes. they are just so dang comfortable, stylish & soooo easy to wear.
right out of the box, they fit like and feel like butter. SO SOFT AND THE FIT IS JUST PERFECT. HOWEVER, THEY DO NOT MAKE HALF SIZES. I DON'T HAVE THAT ISSUE, BUT IF YOU ARE A HALF SIZE, I RECOMMEND SIZING UP TO THE NEXT FULL SIZE FOR A PERFECT FIT.
WITH SO MANY COLORS AND MATERIALS TO CHOOSE FROM, IT MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO DECIDE WHAT YOU'LL LOVE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WHAT YOU WILL WEAR THE MOST. I THINK THAT THE CLASSIcs are the best to start with. I have a pair of the patients & do love them, but classics will give you the best feel for the brand.
Tieks are also the perfect shoe to wear while traveling, to throw in your purse to change into after a night of dancing, a day at disney world, or one of my favorite ways to wear; during a day in the city. The convenience to fold them & throw them into your purse is something other flats just can't give you.
Never worrying about having sore feet after walking all day is also a huge plus. I can throw them on in the morning, and know that by the end of the day, my feet won't be killing me, that alone is enough of a reason to give them a try. The leather molds to your feet, making them practically a custom made flat.
the only thing left is to decide what color you'll be buying... trust me, you won't regret it!
