Italy at last!
I have offically published my entire Europe series and Italy was the last place we visited. Here is a glimpse of what our trip looked like: TORONTO, CANADA > AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS > VIENNA, AUSTRIA > KRAKOW, POLAND > BUDAPEST, HUNGARY > LJUBLIANA, SLOVENIA > VENICE, ITALY > ROME, ITALY
We ended the trip in Rome and I am so glad we did. We only had 1.5 full days between Venice and Rome, so we definitely didn't have enough time to see both cities, but that just means I will have to go back.
Where we ate in Venice//
We ate the BEST italian food I have ever had!!!! The restaurants here were all NEXT level and I was in a carb coma the entire eight hours that we spent there. We ate lunch at Gino's and it had the best pizza EVER! We had dinner at Ristorante Felicinai and they made the pasta right in front of you.
What we did//
You cannot go to Venice and not go on a gondala ride!!!! My sister said it is basically the same as it is in Vegas, but just you are in Italy hahaha #ItalianKayaking. We also walked around and drank aperol spritz and ate gelato pretty much all day.
What we did//
We only had a few hours to explore before we had to go to the airport to fly home. We got to see the Trevi fountain and see that part of the city. I was so sad we didn't get to see the Colosseum, but there will always be more trips in the future.
